Personal data entered on the homepage will be handled very carefully and not be used for any kind of other activities than the purchase of products on the homepage.

 

PRICES

All shown prices on the website are included VAT and service charges. Shipment will be charged additional to the product price depending on the destination. The shipment charges will be shown in the total price before confirming order.

 

PAYMENT

The transaction currency used is EUR.

 

SAFE PAYMENT ON THE INTERNET

All payments will take place on a safely encrypted SSL line directed to the DSS standard at Ogone payment services. As soon as your account details have been approved by Ogone, your order will be confirmed, and the amount will be withdrawn from your account after shipment. Following creditcards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard.

 

DELIVERY

Orders will be sent before 5 working days after confirmation of your order. The order will be shipped in one parcel. 

Please notice it is possible to write alternative address for delivery.

 

RIGHTS OF RETURN

Bendixen Bookwrap provides all customers 14 DAYS OF FULL RIGHT OF. The 14 days will start from you receive your order, and it must be at our disposal again before 14 days from your receival.

When returning, the state of the products should be the same as when you received it.

If usage of rights of return Bendixen Bookwrap will refund the full amount of money inclusive expenses for shipment (i.e. not expenses for shipment concerning your return)

After we receive your returned order the full amount will be transferred to your account during 4 working days. If you chose VISA or MasterCard, the amount will be credited on the same credit card as used for the initial payment.

 

COURT OF JURISTRICTION

If not mentioned in described terms, the swiss sale of goods act and CISG will apply. For non-eu residents choice of law will be necessary in case of any dispute. The contract will be worked out in English, and will not be available on the website for later use. It is important that you print your confirmation of the order. We reserve rights to cancel an order if wrong prices are shown on the website. The confirmation of your order, generated at purchase, is a copy of your shopping basket, and not our accept of the order.

 

QUALITY CONTROL

We check all products before shipment. If you will discover any defects within the first 14 days after hacing received the products, Bendixen Bookwrap will exchange the product(s).

 

DEFECT AND COMPLAINTS

If you want to plead for defects, you have to let us know in reasonable time. If the products suffers from a stated defect following steps can be taken in following order: Correction, redelivery and reduction of the price. The agreement can only be annulled in case of a substantial defect. Bendixen Bookwrap will pay for expenses for shipment if returning. The goods have to be returned in safe packaging. No goods can be returned without agreement.

 

RIGHT TO INVOKE LACK OF CONFORMITY

On all our products we provides 1 years right of complaint. It is possible to complain about defects which was present before the goods was sold. Buyer will have the burden of proof when the first 6 month have passed. Seller will not cover damages emerged from physical abuse of the products.
